New design—same 100% No Touch Protection

The protective tip helps to shield the sterile catheter during insertion from bacteria located within the first 15 mm of the distal urethra and helps to reduce the risk of carrying bacteria into the urinary tract.9

The protective sleeve allows for the catheter to be gripped anywhere and provides a barrier to the catheter to help keep germs away.

Better for you, better for the environment1,10

It’s important any improvements we make have a positive impact on you as well as the environment. This is why the VaPro™ catheter:

  • Is not made with PVC
  • Uses less material
  • Creates less waste

Starting January 2025, new Vapro Plus Pocket™ and Vapro Pocket™ catheters with Hydrabalance lubricating technology will begin to replace the original VaPro™ catheters.
