Everyone is different. When you join, you'll be matched with a Secure Start Representative who will take the time to understand your needs and help you find solutions to the challenges you may face as an ostomy or continence product user, including finding the right products, identifying product supplier options, navigating insurance, and more.

Who can join?

Anyone who uses urinary catheters for bladder management, or their caregivers, regardless of the brand of products used.

What does it cost?

Nothing. There is no cost for you or your caregivers to join, and our support is available for as long as you need us.

Do I need to use Hollister products to join?

No, services offered are provided at no cost regardless of the brand of products you choose to use.
