Update to COVID-19 Response in Australia

Dear Valued Customers,

The COVID-19 situation continues to evolve; and as you know, in Victoria, things have recently taken a turn for the worse, resulting in further restrictions to control the spread of this virus in our community.

Our priorities at Liberty Medical continue to be the health and safety of our staff and their families, along with ensuring that we are serving the needs of our customers by maintaining an uninterrupted supply of ostomy and continence care products. I am pleased to say that we are continuing to achieve these priorities. Our staff members are working from home where required; we have implemented a variety of safety procedures throughout our organization; and we are maintaining a continued supply of products to meet the needs of our customers.

With the new restrictions to control the coronavirus now in place, I want to reassure you at this time, we are fully operational, and we do not anticipate the pandemic to have any impact on our ability to supply our products to current customers or others in need.

Our logistics partner DHL has also done a great job in helping to ensure the supply chain is not interrupted; and has assured us they are meeting all the new standards required to maintain safety and operations.Lastly, we are confident that the supply of ostomy and continence care products that we have on hand – together with a supply of newly manufactured products, which are arriving regularly – are more than adequate to meet your needs and the needs of all Liberty Medical customers. We do not see a need for you to order an additional inventory of products beyond your normal ordering schedule.
