Johanna Lopez joined Hollister Incorporated in March 2025 as Vice President, Global Quality and Regulatory. She leads the global Quality and Regulatory organization and is responsible for an effective, compliant quality management system that supports Hollister’s strategic objectives and meets applicable regulatory requirements worldwide.
Before joining Hollister, she held senior leadership roles at Hologic, most recently serving as Vice President, Corporate Quality Management Systems and Global Supply Chain Quality.
Earlier in her career, Johanna held leadership positions at Haemonetics, Boston Scientific, GlaxoSmithKline, Tyco Healthcare and Covidien. Across these roles, she advanced global compliance initiatives, led regulatory inspections and audits, and implemented scalable quality systems within complex, multinational organizations.
Johanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Colegio Universitario del Este in Puerto Rico.
